What Fundova Funding actually is

There is a real registered entity: Fundova Funding LLC, filed with the California Secretary of State on May 8, 2025 (document B20250111828), based in La Habra, with a registered agent at an address state records associate with multiple entities. The public-facing site, fundovafunding.com, markets personal loans and debt-consolidation help (“no bots, no scripts”) and references the debt-relief brand Consolifi. Separately, MCA-industry pages describe a “Fundova” offering merchant cash advances. So: a young LLC, consumer-loan marketing, and adjacent naming — all real, all recent.

The complaint on file

BBB’s Scam Tracker carries a consumer report of unsolicited texts offering a “$50,000 personal loan” in Fundova Funding’s name. A report is a report, not a verdict — unsolicited-text marketing can be an aggressive lead vendor rather than the company itself — but it’s a documented data point, and unsolicited loan offers are the single most common opening move of advance-fee schemes.

Reading the registry results

SEC and FINRA registries are the wrong shelf for a consumer lender — the relevant check is state lending licensure: California’s DFPI license search, and your own state’s equivalent. Our standing cautions apply in full: verify the license before applying, never pay any fee before receiving loan funds, and treat loan offers that arrive by text the way we treat blocked-funds letters — as instruments to verify, not instructions to follow. For the pattern where loan marketing meets social-media urgency, see the Funding Diva file.
